Discover and FullText Finder access issues

We have been made aware of issues with Discover and FullText Finder (including E-journals A-Z) working slowly or not at all. This problem has been reported to Ebsco who are investigating as a matter of urgency.

    When will this be resolved? I have a deadline of the 13th December and as a M.res postgrad student loosing, 2 days research time because of this issue is quite problematic.
