Photo Friday: In the Marshland

I M MarshWell done if you guessed we were in our newly refurbished I M Marsh Library last week.

I M Marsh Library underwent a much needed refurbishment over the summer months. All the bookstock has been moved to the ground floor and both floors have had a facelift. There are now 3 distinct areas in the library:

Creative – this is nearest to the hub and is a more social area with comfy seating.

Collaborative – this is on the higher level of the ground floor and features areas for group study as well as the usual network PCs. The printers and binding facilities have been moved to this area as well.

Concentration – this is a quiet area on the upper floor, which has individual study areas and more PCs have been added to this floor. There are still bookable rooms available on this floor.

I’m sure you’ll be able to guess which library we are in next week but will you know where in the library we are?
