Photo Friday: The lambanana library

Avril RobartsWell done to those who guessed last week’s photo Friday was a series of photos taken from inside and outside Avril Robarts Library. What gave it away? Was it the lovely yellow of our resident Superlambanana who has taken up residence outside?

Avril Robarts Library supports the faculties of Education, Health and Community, Science and Technology and the Environment. Like our other libraries it has a range of study spaces, where you can meet friends for a coffee, work or groups or study quietly on your own. There is Wi-Fi access throughout and computers on every floor.

The book sequence starts on the first floor and then continues onto the second. If you are looking for print journals/magazines they are on the top floor and this is also a silent floor if you like peace and quiet to study in. There are bookable group rooms and two seminar rooms you can book to practice your presentations.

So which library will we visit next week? Look out for our photo Friday and see if you can guess.
